The 7th annual meeting of IEEE Italy Section Women In Engineering Affinity Group will take place during IEEE EUROCON 2023, at Poiltecnico di Torino, in Turin, Italy, on July 8, 2023. The meeting is scheduled for 9:00-10:30, and will focus on the release of the commitment chart WIE.steer2STEM.chart 3.0.
From 11:00 to 13:00, WIE Italy will host the panel “A new era for funding: the role of gender equality and diversity”. Opened by the R8 WIE, the panel will provide an overview of the Gender Equality Plan in Italian Universities and discuss examples of best practices in the management of gender aspects in European research projects.
