The Fort Worth Chapter of the Power and Energy Society (PES) of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) serves power and energy professionals in the Fort Worth Metropolitan Area. The IEEE PES Fort Worth Chapter was formed on September 23, 1964; since, it has provided a local interface to the worldwide network of the IEEE and the PES. In addition, the Fort Worth Chapter organizes a series of technical presentations of interest to business and engineering professionals affiliated with the power industry.
