IEEE Bangladesh Section Humanitarian Activities Committee (HAC) is a group of some enthusiastic young IEEE volunteers working hard to fulfill the vision of IEEE HAC which is “To inspire engineers to become socially responsible and be engaged in developing technological solutions which are cost effective and sustainable, improve living conditions and livelihood of people thus making a difference in peoples’ lives.’’

Its’ activities broadly fall under challenges and projects. While challenges are intended to advance the state-of-the-art and provide a platform for researchers and developers to participate in a group setting working towards addressing problems with a humanitarian slant, projects facilitate communities and associated organizations to work closely with local communities.

IEEE BDS HAC will try to encourage and motivate students to actively participate in different technology based solutions which can be used for the betterment of humanity.
