Joe has server previously as Vice-Chair for the Arrowhead Section. Joe has over 18 years of professional experience including work in building automation, industrial and utility power systems, and NERC CIP cyber security compliance.

Mark holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an BA in Physics from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Mark also holds a Juris Doctorate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Mark has over 6 years of professional experience in electrical engineering consulting and patent law.
Rachel holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota – Duluth. Rachel is currently completing an MBA from Liberty University. Rachel has previously served as the University of Minnesota – Duluth student group Vice-Chair. Rachel has over 2 years of professional experience in rural utility consulting.
Tyler holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University. Tyler has over 16 years of professional experience in electrical engineering consulting.
