I. Use of the Site
As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant that:
(i) All information supplied by you on this Site is true, accurate, current and complete;
(ii) You are 18 years of age or older in order to register
II. Purchase of tickets, event information
(I) On the Site you can purchase tickets for conferences or events organised by the WIE ILS JO team. Once a successful purchase completed, tickets are delivered in electronic soft-copy via email to the email address nominated by you.
(II) You cannot resell a subsidised ticket, including all ticket types, as doing so will void the ticket and the ticket holder will not gain entry into the event.
(III) All tickets must be assigned to an attendee. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes name, job title or student's major, company name or university.
(IV) If you have secured a complimentary ticket but have already bought a ticket, you are not eligible for a refund.
(V) You acknowledge that the Summit will not provide transportation expenses to or from the Summit. You acknowledge that the Summit will consider but not guarantee exhibiting organisations requests for day changes at any event or conference.
III. Social media
(I) You may not use content posted on our social media platforms for any purpose not related to the summit.
(II) All content on our social media platform shall be modified after 1 month of the summit.
(III) You are prohibited to use the summit name/logo to any marketing purposes with no permissions.
(IV) You are prohibited to use any images/videos posted on our social media platform with no permission.
(V) We are not responsible about any posts or content that is related to the summit which comes from third parties.
(VI) By attending the summit you agree on the usage of images and videos you may appear in on our social media platform.
IV. Refund and Cancellation
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless the event is cancelled. All tickets will be offered subject to availability at the time of booking. Tickets are non-transferable
V. TICKETS' PRICE
Tickets price is fixed. For IEEE members you should provide your membership number, and for students you should provide a proof of your registration in your university.
