Individuals requiring an official visa letter from the IEEE Sarnoff Symposium 2016 to obtain US travel visas must be conference chair(s) or author(s) of accepted paper(s). Visa letter (in PDF format via email) is available through each attendee’s EDAS account under “My Papers” link.

NOTE: We recommend that you secure your travel visa before registering for the conference as cancellations after the pre-registration cutoff may result in a cancellation fee. Also, IEEE and the Symposium’s technical committee cannot contact U.S. Embassies in support of an individual attempting to gain entry to attend the meeting.
