How to find your way to Nagoya and Nagoya Inst. of Tech.

ACCESS TO NAGOYA:
Participants from abroad are recommended to look for the possibility of air flight to Chubu Centrair International Airport, Nagoya (NGO), unless they aim to visit other cities in Japan before/after the conference.
In the case you also plan to visit other major cities in Japan, Super Express trains “Bullet Train: Shinkansen” by JR offer convenient means of transport, connecting Tokyo and Nagoya about in 100 minutes and Osaka/Kyoto and Nagoya about in 40 minutes, roughly.

ACCESS TO CONFERENCE VENUE IN NAGOYA:
You can find your way to the venue in Access Map provided by NIT.

From JR Nagoya Station to Venue, Nagoya Institute of Technology:
Take JR Chuo-Line at Nagoya Station and get off at Tsurumai Station through Kanayama Station. You can take local or express train for Kozoji, Tajimi, Mizunami, and Nakatsugawa. All train except for limited express will stop at the Tsurumai Station. It takes only 8 minutes.
At the Tsurumai Station, you had better go out through the “Byo-in-guchi” exit (that means “for the Nagoya University Hospital Entrance”), which is located in the direction of the train from Nagoya. After going down the stairs and through the ticket gate, you turn left and go forward to the Nagoya University Hospital (you can see a big brown building on your left hand side). Then, 5-minute walk to the front gate of NIT.
