Deep learning control and systems design: lessons from CC parts to GFC to SSP assembly with Paul Werbos

27 September 2017 @ 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

A fun technical discussion of lessons learned from working with White and Sofge of McAir (CC composite parts fabrication also relevant to new composite materials, NASP control and showstoppers, reconfigurable flight control), with ANSER/Princeton and AAC (hypersonics — from cloning astronaut pilot skills to nonlinear staying in propulsion region through stochastic atmosphere, to role of intelligence in design, bottom line viability), to missile interception (Hyland stability work, Balakrishnan I and II and stability/cybersecurity issues with skynet), joint workshop with NASA on learning control for SSP and current SSP assembly/launch-coststuff. Isaiah Blankson of NASA bridge from McAir to “Ajax” work. Fusion in AAC hypersonics work, maybe how best migrated from USAF to navy.
