Wireless Sensing & Communication in Extreme Environments to be Featured at November Conference in Baltimore – by IEEE USA

Important Information for Attendees

1. Full program with all details, including presentation times are posted on WiSEE website. Please make note of your presentation time and place and report to the room 10-15 before your session to upload your presentation on the room laptop. You can also use your own laptop, but we do not recommend that option to save on time between presentations.
2. You can install your posters Wednesday night or Thursday morning. See a WiSEE staff at the registration desk to get your poster number and location as well as pins to install your poster. All posters should be turned down on Saturday before 12noon when the conference ends.
3. Those who signed up for NASA tour must have received instructions on where to meet on Wednesday. The names were given to NASA center and all are cleared to attend the tour.
4. More information on the hotel address and Baltimore area, including airports and shuttle services are posted on WiSEE site.
Registration will be open Wednesday night from 6pm-9pm on the fifth floor and will remain open during conference times on Thu/Fri/Sat.

We wish you all a safe trip to Baltimore and a productive conference.
