Providence More, CAE
Providence is an accomplished leader with nearly fifteen years of experience in all phases of change management, including strategy development, organizational design, cultural transformation, and operational readiness.
She is an expert in managing c-level non-profit activities, such as volunteer relations, governance support, communications, and research. Providence has played various leadership roles since joining IEEE in 2005, including competitive intelligence, communications strategy, and management of the company’s global Web presence. Currently Senior Director of Corporate Activities, she supports initiatives impacting IEEE’s strategy and future direction.
Prior to IEEE, Providence worked at several industry-leading healthcare and financial organizations, among them MassMutual Financial Group and Lehman Brothers. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Communications and MBA with concentrations in both Marketing and Strategic Change Management from Rutgers University, and is a Certified Association Executive.
