Felicia Harlow
Felicia Harlow has been an active IEEE volunteer since 2008. She has been Dayton Section Secretary and is current PACE Chair and incoming Secretary for 2016. In 2015, Felicia chartered the WIE-YP affinity group in the Dayton Section in 2015. She has served as the Region 2 Conference Coordinator and is the current Region 2 Secretary. In additional to IEEE volunteer positions, Felicia is on the organizing committee of several IEEE financially and technically co-sponsored international conferences including the Dayton NAECON conference, The International Conference on High Performance Computing & Simulation (HPCS) and The International Conference on Collaboration Technologies and Systems (CTS).
