Accommodations:
We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Royal Sonesta Harbor Court Baltimore, Maryland, USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between November 30, 2017 and December 2, 2017. The special nightly conference rate is $149.00 per room (single and double occupancy) Triple occupancy is $169 and Quad occupancy is $189. A limited number of Harborview upgrades (first come, first served) are available for an additional $50 per night. Premiere suites are also available for $209 (Single or Double Occupancy). Guest room rate will be available 3 days prior and post conference, based on availability. PLEASE NOTE: Harbor rooms will not display as an option if choosing to book outside the 30 November – 2 December core meeting dates. If you book outside these dates and wish to book one of those rooms, you must call the hotel directly and mention the group rate.
Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 15.5%) per day.

All guests will be responsible to make their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and make these arrangements directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.
To qualify for these rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by November 10, 2017 at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time using the above reservation link. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the conference rate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM Eastern Time on day of arrival for no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.

Hotel Parking Rates: Self-Parking is available and is discounted to conference attendees to $10 for day of attendees and $20 for overnight guest attendees (with in and out privileges). Mention 1217IEEE Group when parking. The hotel utilizes the Harbor Court self-parking garage which is accessible via Lee Street.
Internet: Wifi is complimentary in hotel guest rooms and all meeting spaces for our group.
