We have arranged for a block of rooms at the Hilton Boston Back Bay Boston, Massachusetts, USA. These rooms have been blocked to give attendees a special conference rate between December 1, 2016 and December 3, 2016. The special nightly conference rate is $159.00 per room (single and double occupancy). Guest room rate will be available 2 days prior and post conference based on availability. A limited number of upgrades (first come, first served) are available for an additional $20 per night (corner kings) and $40 per night (panoramic king rooms)
Rates are exclusive of applicable state and local taxes (which are 14.45%) per day.

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to extend your stay for up to 3 days before or after the 1-3 December conference dates, you should book for the 1-3 December dates and then contact the hotel sales office at (617) 867-6021 or (617) 867-6100 to add the additional days to your stay at the conference rate (based on availability). The main hotel line will not be able to secure the group rate outside the conference dates, so you must speak directly to the sales office.
All guests will be responsible to make their own hotel registration, reservation and payments, and make these arrangements directly with the Hotel. Attendees are responsible for all charges associated with their respective room reservations.
To qualify for these rates, you must make reservations directly with the Hotel by November 10, 2016 at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time using the above reservation link. The block will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis until it is full. All reservations must be guaranteed before this cut-off date. Requests after this date will be taken on a space available basis at the conference rate.
Cancellation Policy: Cancel by 6:00 PM Eastern Time 1 day prior to arrival for no penalty. All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card.
Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 Noon.

Hotel Parking Rates: Self-Parking is available and is discounted to conference attendees to $15 for day of attendees and $35 for overnight guest attendees. Mention IEEE Group when parking.
Internet: Wifi is complimentary in hotel guest rooms and all meeting spaces for our group.
