Step 1.

Visit and sign into the tool by clicking on the “Sign In” link at the top right corner of the page:

Step 2.

Click on the “List of eNotices” tab:

Step 3.

Click on the “Create eNotice” button on the left side:

Step 4.

Use a text editor, such as Notepad, to open your HTML file. Copy your HTML source:

Step 5.

Back to eNotice, click on the Tools menu, select Source and paste your source code that was copied in Step 4. Click the OK button to finish this step.

You can now either click on Send Express for automatic delivery, or click on Submit for processing by Staff. The Send Express button will depend on eligibility (no attachments, no reminders and no special instructions).
