- 2011 IEEE RAS Chapter Award <link> It is with a great pleasure to announce that the IEEE Robotics and Automation Society (RAS), Tunisia Chapter is the winner of the 2011 IEEE RAS Chapter Award for providing exceptional leadership and service to members through seminars, workshops, and conference organization. Congratulations! The award was announced and presented at the IEEE International Conference on Robotics and Automation (ICRA), China <link>.
- 4th Logistiqua 2011 <link>: May 31-June 1-3, 2011: 4th International Conference on Logistics in Hammamet, Tunisia.
- 2nd RoboComp 2011 <link>: this competition was held from 18 to 20 December 2011, in Laico Hotel, Yassmine Hammamet – Tunisia and it holds the following four competition tracks:
- Â Innovation in robot building
- Wheeled line-following robots
- Wheeled mobile robots with obstacle avoidance
- Biped robot race
