The Laboratory of Probability and Statistics of the Faculty of Sciences of Sfax organizes the first edition on “Probabilistic Models and Big Data – PMBD 2017”. It will take place on  December 5- 8, 2017 in Sfax – Tunisia.

This workshop is intended to present the theory of probability and statistics and their applications. It will feature lectures delivered by internationally leading scholars on the designated topics, and supervised tutorials.

This event is suited for students, PhD students, researchers and non-specialist practitioners, having a good background in statistics, who want to direct their research on applied statistics and Big Data.
