IEEE TCRTS

The IEEE Technical Committee on Real-Time Systems (TCRTS) is soliciting nominations for the 2020 Test of Time Awards.  These awards recognize papers that have had a sustained and significant impact on real-time systems research for at least one decade. Three types of awards will be given:  

• The Real-Time Systems Test-of-Time Award recognizes papers published on any venue.  
• The RTSS Influential Paper Award recognizes papers published in the Real-Time Systems Symposium (RTSS) conference proceedings.  
• The RTAS Influential Paper Award recognizes papers published in the Real-Time and Embedded Technology and Applications Symposium (RTAS) conference proceedings.

With the aim of broadening active participation in TCRTS-sponsored conferences, the TCRTS Executive Committee is collecting self-nominations for:

• Technical Program Committee member
• General Chair and Program Chair

The Outstanding Technical Achievement and Leadership Award is an annual award that has been instituted by the IEEE Technical Committee on Real-Time Systems, recognizing individuals for their technical achievements and leadership in Real-Time Computing. The 2021 edition of this award will be presented to the recipient at RTSS 2021.  More information about the award can be found at:

WE are currently soliciting nominations for this award. A nomination should be made via a letter of support enumerating the reasons for the nomination. The letter of support should be sent by e-mail to baruah@wustl.edu no later than February 28, 2021.
