The International Workshop on Flexibility and Resilience Problems of Electric Power Systems to be held on August 26 – 31 2019 in Irkutsk, Lake Baikal, by Melentiev Energy Systems Institute (MESI), Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Institute of Energy Systems, Energy Efficiency and Energy Economics, Dortmund University of Technology. The workshop is supported by IEEE PES Russia (Siberia) Chapter jointly with Russian Science Foundation.
