Businesses have been running on remote workers for about 10 months now. This has unleashed a large-scale experiment on how to work with distributed teams. We will watch two short videos and several excerpts of a longer video, and discuss each one after it is viewed. We encourage participation and ask attendees to share their own personal experiences and their skills for managing remote teams.
