The Student Branch at the University of Windsor
Connecting Local Students, Faculty and Industry Professionals
The recently relaunched student branch is aimed at bringing all of the benefist of IEEE to local members.
The IEEE Student Branch at the University of Windsor does not require our student members to hold Official IEEE memberships. However, you should be aware that all of your executive members do hold this membership and have access to the great benefits that the new IEEE.org has to offer.
IEEE University of Windsor Student Branch strives to connect electrical engineering students, offer seminars on subjects engineers are interested in such as programming and research, hold casual events such movie nights and networking events, and increase the participation of students in IEEE University of Windsor section, particularly undergraduate students.
If you would like to become a member and volunteer with IEEE, contact Tara Ahmadi, the chair of IEEE University of Windsor Student Branch.
