The first annual grand meeting for Unikl IEEE Student Branch was held on 23rd August 2017 at Electrical Section Meeting Room, BMI.
11 members were present in this meeting.
The meetings were held to select, appoint and assign members of the committee to a specific post required by the organization to carry out activities throughout the year.
Among the main agenda was concerning becoming the volunteers for upcoming International Conference Engineering Technology (ICE2T) host by Unikl BMI.
The committee also committed to manage the talk event deliver by visiting Professor Osman Tokhi, chairman of IEEE control system section. The talk is schedule to be held on 20th sept 2017 at theater hall 1, BMI.
Discussion regarding financial fund lead to decision to run any simple workshop on popular software that are going to benefit undergraduate students the most with minimum charge for entry fee.
The meeting successfully come out with several plans to be implemented before the end of year 2017.
