IEEE SUST SB organised a detailed workshop on this “Raspberry Pi“. A Raspberry Pi is a low cost, credit-card sized computer that plugs into a computer monitor or TV, and uses a standard keyboard and mouse. It is a capable little device that enables people of all ages to explore computing, and to learn how to program in languages like Scratch and Python.
This workshop was specifically designed to encourage and enlighten students about the functioning of a mini computer and to exploit its computational powers to the limits.
The workshop covered:
-Basic Concept of Raspberry Pi
-How to Use
-Advantages
-Operating systems that run in Raspberry Pi
-How to boot it for the very first time
Each participant was given a certificate!
