Π Day Celebration, 2019 🗓 🗺

Pi Day is an annual celebration of the mathematical constant Π (Pi). The numbers in the date (3/14) match the first three digits of the mathematical constant Π (Pi).

This is our 2nd annual Pi Day. On Thursday, March 14, 2019, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) is going to arrange celebrate this never-ending number (3.14159 . . .) and Einstein’s birthday as well. Help us to participate in Pi related activities and enjoy a piece of pie.

Program Content:

  • Quiz Contest about Pi Day.
  • Discuss about the significance of Pi.
  • Celebrate of 140th birthday of Albert Einstein and discuss about his biography.
  •  Discuss about the life of Stephen William Hawking.
