On the 19th of December, 2018 the IEEE OUCE Student Branch organised a talk in the nearby Zilla Parishad Government School located within the boundaries of Osmania University, next to the University College of Engineering. The talk was aimed at introducing and explaining the concept of renewable energy to 8th class students in the school as part of humanitarian works under IEEE. The students were first told about the concepts related to renewable energy and its sources, the various games and activities like Fill in the Blanks, Matching Words etc. were played in order to use fun to educate the students.
