The first round of judging for the projects made by the teams was done on 21st July, 2019. We received 8 team projects and 1 individual project in total.
Our judges on the first day were Prof. G. Mallesham, Prof. B. Mangu and Mr. M.V. Ramana Rao sir, all professors in the Electrical Engineering Department. The projects were judged on software knowledge, hardware knowledge, applications, societal use, scope of improvement, feasibility and ease to release for mass markets and effectiveness in answering question posed by the judges. The total marks to be awarded was 70.
The judge for the second day Mr. E. Madhusudan Raju, Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department and OUCE RC’s Faculty Advisor. He also judged the projects on the above stated criteria. The projects had been previously judged by the core organizing team who gave them marks out of a total of 60. The final result will be calculated by the core team.
