Two Days PSoC workshop was held under Summer School on Medical Device Design and Innovation in association with IEEE EMBS Bangalore Chaper.

Day 5 & 6 –  29.07.2013 and 30.07.2013

PSoC Hands on Workshop by Mr.Srinivas A N and Mr.Krutin R Karia, Co-founders, TinyChip Embedded Solutions.

The delegates introduced the participants to hardware embedded systems and Cypress Semiconductor. Lecture on Programmable System on Chip (PSoC), its Architecture, PSoC1/3/5 was given along with applications of PSoC in the field of Medical Electronics. A hands on training sessions using PSoC 5 in programming for blinking an LED, LED breathing, LCD display , DC Motor, Digital Voltmeter, Digital Thermometer, Interfacing LDR with LCD, etc. were given to the participants by the delegates on second half of Day 5 and Day 6.

The sessions were interactive and helped the participants to use their programming skills innovatively. Certificates were handed out to all the participants from TiniChip Embedded Solutions.
