I am Nidhi Davawala, Chairperson, Women In Engineering, Affinity Group, IEEE Student Branch DA-IICT. We are in the Region 10 of IEEE. Our institute (DA-IICT, Gandhinagar) has been one of the most active IEEE Student Branch in the Gujarat Section, India since its inception. The WIE in our student branch is also well established and strives to excel by organizing myriad of events. We host varied events like Hackathons, Project Presentation, Talks, Seminars and Workshops. To make the other branches be aware of these events and to improve the participation in such events, we request an “Official WIE Affinity Group Website Template”. This site could provide a very strong medium for promotion and spreading awareness.
I hope the request is taken into consideration and the WordPress template for WIE Affinity Group website is made available to us.
