OUR FLAGSHIP EVENT !

HACKTIVATE

The hackathon will be a tri-element hackathon with an AI theme. All the teams(with a team of max 3 people) will be provided with the three main problem/theme statements. The teams, in a duration of two hours, would have to submit a solution/plan/roadmap of what will they be implementing and its effect. One phase of scoring will be conducted for this. Then, the teams will be developing their ideas in full swing. Along this,one question will be uploaded every hour(might be shifted to two) on an online platform. This will provide an opportunity for the teams to score brownie points(though its weightage will be minimum). The last two hours, will be purely dedicated to the presentation of the solution developed, with their solutions being analysed and this will be final and most weighted scoring. The total score would be calculated and the winner will be announced accordingly.

DEATH STAR : THE UNTOLD STORY

It is a Star Wars themed hacking challenge,where the players have to hack through the Death Star (Code), and prevent the rebellion base from being destroyed (Race against the time). It will include a series of challenges, such as hacking in through the electromagnetic field ( Some kind of cryptographic challenge) ,followed by couple of themed challenges, including the arrival of Darth Vader (Some kind of super trivial challenge,with a Luke Skywalker themed answer ) and at last, the ultimate fire at the precise point in the Death Star, so as to cause chain reaction, and destruction of Death Star.

TECHNOVATION : MANKIND IN TRANSITION

Technovation is a Project cum Idea exhibition where we invite teams from every college to submit their projects through a call for abstracts/videos showing the working (QR/ link to be included in poster), based on which, selected Projects/Ideas would be exhibited in the fest. Participants are required to present their projects to the judges as well as students and other participants.

ROBOSTACLE

Imagine a WIPEOUT Game Show with controlled robots participating to manoeuvre their way to the end point. Robostacle is where it’s at. A robot racing event that will put you and your remote controlled robot to one of the most rigorous responsiveness, speed and stability test.

THE LINE FOLLOWER CHALLENGE

This event is the one for robotics enthusiasts. It will test you robot’s skills by monitoring its ability to quickly find its way out of a labyrinth (drawn as black lines on a white surface). The participants will be required to build a basic LFR to take part in the event. The robot that gets to the endpoint in the least time wins the challenge.
