IEEE Spectrum is a magazine edited by the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). IEEE Spectrum began publishing in January 1964 as a successor to Electrical Engineering. It contains peer-reviewed articles pertaining to technology and science that covers information pertaining to electrical & electronics engineering. As a general magazine, the articles attempt to be accessible to non-specialists, though an engineering background is assumed. Twelve issues are published annually; IEEE spectrum has a circulation of over 380,000 engineers worldwide. Article submission to IEEE Spectrum is open access. In 2010, IEEE Spectrum was selected as the winner of the National Magazine Awards “General Excellence Among Thought Leader Magazines” category.

The content in IEEE Xplore comprises over 1,400 conference proceedings, more than 3,800 technical standards, over 1,800 eBooks and over 400 educational courses.
IEEE Collabratec™ is a suite of online networking and collaboration tools for engineering and technology professionals looking to connect with other technology experts, authors and researchers. IEEE Collabratec™ allows engineers and technology professionals with similar interests to network and collaborate through online communities and private groups. The library feature allows the user to add and manage documents. In addition, private groups, only available to those invited to the group, allow participants to post, comment and collaborate on a collection documents.
IEEE Resume Lab:
IEEE Resume Lab is an online service that allows IEEE members to develop a resume or curriculum vitae using a wide array of resume templates. Members can also perform mock interviews using over 900 potential interview questions or develop letters, portfolios, and skills assessments to use during the interview process.
