WELCOME TO THE IEEE SOUTHERN ALBERTA PES/IAS CHAPTER’S WEBSITE!

Following the public health recommendations due to the COVID-19 virus, the IEEE Southern Alberta Joint PES/IAS Chapter will not be hosting seminars with physical attendance, in the near future.  Our Chapter officers and volunteer team will soon be bringing you technical webinars from the comfort of your home and continue supporting our technical community in the continuous learning.

The Southern Alberta PES/IAS Chapter provides educational and networking opportunities to its members and the local engineering community. The Chapter represents approximately 400 IEEE members in the Power & Energy, and the Industry Applications technical societies. Our geographic territory covers the southern half of the province of Alberta, Canada, including the cities of Calgary, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat and Red Deer.
