A Webinar also called streaming or video conferencing, is a system that helps to convey knowledge to the public who is interested in this IEEE members (R9). This conference is done in real time over the Internet, to reach the greatest number of people and facilitate access Webex (IEEE). One of its main features is that users can interact with the rapporteur at all times, by asking questions or suggestions are answered in real time.

In order to fulfill our purpose is “to promote the professional development of our students” We made a strategic alliance with various organizational units of the IEEE: Region 9, IEEE Computer Society R9 and IEEE Communications Society SAC Team R9 and R9 to launch continuously various webinar of interest to the community IEEE Region 9, both technical and soft skill topics.
