Student Ethics Competition

Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 12:30 to 5:45 PM

Centennial, Twelfth Floor, Hyatt Regency DTC

The Student Ethics Competition (SEC) is jointly sponsored by IEEE Region 5 and the IEEE Ethics and Member Conduct Committee.  It encourages the study and awareness of professional ethics. The competition includes a presentation and defense of a case analysis by student teams using the IEEE Code of Ethics.

The Student Ethics Competition is open to undergraduate or graduate IEEE student members who are registered for the conference.  Each team will consist of two students; one-person teams are not permitted.  Space is limited so that the competition registration will close when the available space for ten (10) teams is filled.  The first team to register from each student branch will have priority unless otherwise designated by the branch counselor.  Other teams from the same student branch will be allowed as space permits.
