“Janak Sodha received his Ph.D. in Digital Communications at the University of Manchester (U.K.). He is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science, Mathematics and Physics, University of the West Indies and was the Head of Department from Aug. 2016-20. His research interests include synchronization and optimization of Turbo codes, LDPC codes, Polar codes, and novel combined modulation and error-control decoding for a digital communication system. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE.”
