1.2 The corporate net rates quoted above are inclusive of Buffet breakfast and all TAXES. The rates apply to individual and group bookings throughout the year and are based upon availability.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- IEEE Power and Energy Society is required to book directly with the hotel for your exclusive corporate net rates to apply. Kindly send reservation requests to info@tulipinnaccra.com
- Reservation requests are subject to room availability. Confirmation must be signed and returned to the hotel. Should the hotel not receive a firm confirmation, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation without notice.
- The reservation is confirmed only when the Booking form has been signed and returned to the HOTEL.
- The confirmation is only valid for the requested number of rooms and nights on the specific mentioned dates. In the case of amendments, the hotel reserves the right to amend the number of requested rooms and dates.
- Check-in/Check-out time: Check-in time is 3.00 pm and Check-out time is 12.00 noon.
- Early Check-in fee: Early check-in fee will be charged at 50% of contract rates.
- Late Check-out: Late check-out is upon availability and will be invoiced at 50% of the contract rates up to 6.00 pm. Beyond 6.00 pm 100% of the contract rate will be charged.
