WiE intervention aimed to explain what is IEEE and WiE to IST (Information Systems and Technology) engineering students.
We invited EQUAL-IST European project team and Daniela Costa, Chief Operating Officer @ Dipcode https://dipcode.com to add value to our session.
- Victor Barros and professor Isabel Ramos provided a status report about gender equality in the academic environment.
- Daniela Costa did a great presentation about leadership and skills students should start to develop in their courses.
