In a heavily participated election ending November 8, members chose the IEEE Portugal Section executive team for 2014:
- Chair: Nuno Borges de Carvalho (UA)
- Vice-Chair: Ana Madureira (ISEP)
- Vice-Chair: Ana Sofia Gomes (UNL)
- Secretary: José Pedro Silva (Critical Manufacturing)
- Treasurer: Pedro Afonso (IST)
The new ExCom has already confirmed its willingness to serve, and will take office on 1 January 2014.
