Thomas Kelm is the Manager, Meter shop operations and the AMI head end system for EPCOR Utilities. He has been with EPCOR for the last 8 years and was part of the original AMI implementation team. His work background includes 11 years managing a manufacturing plant in industrial heat trace controls and 8 years managing gas meter refurbishing plants.
He holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Liverpool and an Engineering Technology Diploma in Instrumentation from NAIT.
