Eric Labrecque will be presenting on behalf of the NSERC Industrial Research Chair in Northern Energy Innovation, based at Yukon College in Whitehorse. Eric has worked at Carleton University’s Solar Energy Systems Laboratory, Nova Scotia’s Fundy Ocean Research Centre for Energy, and has been with the Northern Energy Innovation team since May 2019, for a total of five years in the field of renewable energy research. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Sustainable and Renewable Energy Engineering in 2015 and will be defending his master’s thesis on a radiant heating system with integrated electric thermal storage system next month.
