The Power System Communications and Cybersecurity Committee (PSCCC) uses the 123Signup Membership Management (MM) System to communicate within the Committee, and administrate our membership and meeting attendance records. This system is the PSCCC’s primary mode of communication.

This web-based system allows our subcommittees, working groups, task forces, and liaison associations to communicate more effectively via email. Fewer bounced emails will result because individual contact information is “self-maintained” and is stored in a single relational database used by all functions of the system. Activity leaders can print meeting rosters and are required to maintain meeting attendance records within the system. The MM System also provides a more efficient and cost-effective on-line meeting registration system.

How to Enroll and Get on Our Mailing List

There are essentially three levels of membership in the system:

  • Committee Member (CM, a “full voting member” of the Main Committee)
  • Active Participant (AP, not a Committee Member, but an active contributor and meeting attendee)
  • Interested Individual (II, an observer and supporter of the Committee’s scope)

Anyone can enroll in the MM System — even those who desire to passively monitor our work from a distance. Initially, a person is automatically enrolled as an Interested Individual. Once regular participation is validated, enrollment is upgraded to Active Participant. Becoming a Committee Member is by invitation of the committee chair based on a history of participation and contribution. The PSCCC welcomes you to join and participate in as many activties as you feasibly can. Member Directory

Active participants and members can access the participant directory. Use this link to login and view the directory. This directory is provided for the sole purpose of contacting fellow participants for the purpose of conducting IEEE PSCC Committee business.

Maintain Your Personal Profile

Once enrolled, it is important to maintain your email address and other contact information. Use this link to right to login and view or modify your personal profile.

Control Center

If you are in a leadership position (SC/WG/TF chair, vice-chair, or secretary), you have limited administrative rights to the system to manage your group. You can access the system to manage your roster, use a listserv to send information to your group, print out sign-in sheets, record meeting attendance, and download attendance records. Please note that this portal is used both the PSCCC and PSRCC and 123Signup will prompt you to select if email exists as an admin for both Committees. Use the links to the right to access the admin portal and training.
