Smith and Wollensky Castle

Smith and Wollensky is an upscale steakhouse chain with multiple locations in Boston.  They specialize in prime steaks & seafood, but also have a great wine list.  This Back Bay location is my favorite because the castle is beautiful.  The Castle is within walking distance or a short cab from most of the conference hotels.
