The IEEE Power & Energy Society sponsors 24 society-level awards including best local chapter, best working group, and best transaction papers, in addition to the PES members that have recently been elevated to the grade of Fellow.

Award recipients and Fellows are selected through a comprehensive nomination and review process. A special thanks to all the volunteers who help with the success of the PES Awards including the nominators, reference writers, endorsees, local chapters, and peers for their tireless efforts in managing the recognition of peers.
