The PECON 2016 Exhibition is opened to industries and institutions as a platform to expose and promote their products, services and field of expertise.  The exhibition fee is RM 2000 (USD 600). The fee covers the following:

  1. One exhibition table (size: 1.5 ft. x 6 ft.) with two chairs.
  2. One point of power supply socket outlet. (Note: The exhibitors need to bring their own extension socket if they need more socket outlet connections)
  3. Breakfast and lunch for TWO persons only during the conference.

Note: Poster stands will NOT be provided.

Exhibit Space Cancellation Policy
Organizations participating in the exhibition may cancel the lease of exhibit space at any time with written notice to PECON 2016 via postal mail or email.  The following schedule will be used when acknowledging a cancellation.

  1. Exhibit space cancellation requests received by Monday, 31 October 2016 will receive 100% refund.
  2. 50% refunds will be made for cancellations after 31 October 2016.
  3. PECON 2016 reserves the right to resell any cancelled exhibit space without any notification to the cancellation party.
