IEEE January Section Meeting

Wednesday, January 15th, 2014

Please join us for an evening meeting later this month.  We will introduce the new officers and enjoy a presentation from some young and agile minds in our community.

Last year, the Panhandle Section of IEEE helped a group of local students purchase a robotics kit to introduce them to the myriad subjects required.  We will enjoy a brief demonstration and presentation from them.

This meeting being non-technical and in the evening, we encourage you to bring a date.

Secondly, we are currently accepting nominations for an outstanding member of our section.  Attached is the nomination form.  This can be sent in to Rhett Despain (, brought to the January meeting, or given to any board members.  If you know of a member who is deserving of some extra praise and recognition, let us know.

Steven Hudson

IEEE – Panhandle Section Outgoing Chairman
