This was followed by a brief intro of the life of female students at PNEC, NUST by Ms Kinza Shafique who told the attendees about the life of young women engineering students at PNEC, how their needs are catered to and how they excel in both studies and extra-curricular activities at a prestigious college like ours. We discussed the basic mindset of the girls in high-schools and that how they perceive the idea of getting a job and what they expect from the professional world. We tried our best to provide a fresh set of thoughts and give a new dimension to the ideas of the young women and eliminate the stereotypes regarding females in engineering among-st the future generation of professionals.
