Region 5 will sending 4 people to provide two days of training on various aspect of Conference Administration so register for the event.

Sponsorship, Volunteers and Industry Support support will only be provided on Friday so lets start that at 6:00 PM unless I am advised by cooncenious to start earlier. Regions suggested to server dinner from 5-6 PM. Let me know if dinner should be served later time.
1:00 PM Friday Open questions then finalized agenda, with Christopher possibably starting the first presentation before and after dinner.
We will provide dinner so discussions can continue till 9:00 PM
Those that can’t attend Friday can attend Sat. Then Sat meeting will start at 8:00 with light breakfast so activity will ending at 3:00 PM.
1: Christopher Sanderson will arrive early and has to leave at 7:00 pm so he would like to cover Sponsorship, Volunteers and Industry Support. Friday Only
2: Then David Pierce will bring Conf Equipment like computers, projectors and power cords we will need. David would like to speak to questions about Finance, Registrations.and Student Activities.
3: Fawzi Behmann will talk about Local Arrangements, Paper Presentation, Visa’s, Registration and Webmaster support.
4: Bob Shapiro current Region 5 Director will discuss Student Competition, and overall questions about Region 5 Conference and Green Technology Conference.
