The first meeting of NPEC Subcommittee 2 for 2019 will be held April 27-May 3, 2019 at the Holiday Inn Charlotte-Center City in Charlotte, North Carolina.  Working group meetings are scheduled for April 29-30 with main SC2 meeting on May 1.
