We would like to formally invite members of IEEE Nigeria Section to consider participating at the 3rd Nigeria Energy Forum (NEF2018) on 17-18 April 2018, at the Landmark Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. The forum is a capacity building, training and development programme for policymakers, business leaders, energy innovators, professional engineers, industry experts and academics in Nigeria and other African countries.   1. NEF2018 has a focus on improving efficiency, access, and investments in the energy sector. The confirmed keynote speakers at the NEF2018 include Mr. Mustapha Bakkoury, President, Moroccan Agency for Solar Energy, Dr. Fuad Siala, Senior Advisor, OPEC Fund for International Development, Austria, Adeola Adenikinju, University of Ibadan, Nigeria and Mr. Yuri Tsitrinbaum, CEO, Lumos Nigeria.
