Call for Patrons and Exhibitions

The IEEE conference on Network Softwarization symposium, NetSoft, offers organizations and vendors the opportunity to demonstrate their products and services to the conference participants: leaders and innovators in the field of networking software, Software Defined Networking (SDN) and Network Function Virtualization (NFV) from around the world. Various levels of patron sponsorships are available. Conference Patrons may present their products and services in our Vendor Showcase, which will be open during the five days of the conference, in parallel with other sessions. The cost of sponsorship is being kept at a modest level to encourage broad participation and demonstration of innovative technologies. In addition, organizations and vendors are encouraged to sponsor special events and activities e.g., offering lunches or special gifts to the participants with their company material and logo.

1. Platinum Patrons ($20,000)

• Company name and logo on Advance and Final Programs, and NetSoft 2016 Web Page (linked to company home page)
• Four complimentary conference registrations (including tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet)
• Two complimentary Exhibitor registrations
• Full-page ad in the NetSoft 2016 Final Program
• Prominent display of company banner during the conference
• Exhibit space (2 exhibition booths)

2. Gold Patrons ($10,000)

• Company name and logo on Advance and Final Programs, and NetSoft 2016 Web Page (linked to company home page)
• Two complimentary conference registrations (including tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet)
• One complimentary Exhibitor registration
• Full-page ad in the NetSoft 2016 Final Program
• Exhibit space (1 exhibition booth)

3. Silver Patrons ($7,500)

• Company name and logo on Advance and Final Programs, and NetSoft 2016 Web Page (linked to company home page)
• Two complimentary conference registrations (including tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet)
• One complimentary Exhibitor registration
• Half-page ad in the NetSoft 2016 Final Program
• Exhibit space (1 exhibition booth)

4. Bronze Patrons ($5,000)

• Company name and logo on Advance and Final Programs, and NetSoft 2016 Web Page (linked to company home page)
• One complimentary conference registration (including tickets to the Welcome Reception and Conference Banquet)

• Quarter-page ad in the NetSoft 2016 Final Program

5. Exhibit Only ($2,000)

• No advertisement, no free registration
