2016-IEEE Multi Generation Collaboration

IEEE Multi-Generation Collaboration

The purpose of this event is to foster collaboration between the generation of young professionals, grad students and post-doctoral fellows, and that of mentors from the industry, academia, and IEEE senior, fellow and life members, through the IEEE mentorship program. The event includes three sessions and professional networking breaks. In the first two sessions, invited keynote speakers from the academia and industry will present their insights about the mentorship program. In the third session, a panel discussion will take place to allow the panelists to present some recommendations to the attendees, and future mentors and mentees. The panel will then be open to receive questions from the attendees. This event is hosted by IEEE Montréal Section and IEEE Young Professionals Montréal and co-organized by IEEE Montréal Industry Relations.
