Theme of session: Many additive technologies are used in electronics. Most common ones are inkjet printing, fused deposition 3D printing or based on other nozzle-based alternative approaches. However, none of them have seen widescale adaptability like screen-printing. Because of its large-area and scalable low-cost manufacturing, screen-printing will dominate most of these technologies for high-volume electronics manufacturing. In this talk, Haiku Tech, a world leader in screen-printed thick-film electronics from Doral (Miami) will discuss its latest semiconductor packaging advances with material, tool and process innovations.
